Estimator

Run your own numbers. Thirty seconds.

How many customers a website needs to bring in to pay for itself, and what the calls nobody picks up are costing you a month. Plain arithmetic on what you type, then a free preview if you want one.

Which site
A haircut, a pizza order, a plumbing call, a deposit on a job. Use a typical one, not your best one.

This is arithmetic on your numbers, nothing more. Change a slider and the answer changes. I don't have a study that says what you miss; you do.

Your break-even
Pays for itself after 0 customers.
$500 once, divided by $40 a customer. After that, every customer the site brings in is yours.

How the math works, so you can check it

Break-even is the site's price divided by what one customer is worth to you, rounded up. A $500 site and a $40 haircut means 13 haircuts, ever. The care plan is $200 a year, so that's another 5 a year if you add it.

Missed calls is calls a day, times days a week, times 52 over 12 for a month, times the share that go unanswered, times the share of those that would have become a job, times what a job is worth. Every one of those is your number. Never Miss a Call is $500 to set up and $50 a month, and the page tells you when it wouldn't pay for itself.
